Anxiety, especially when it's extreme, can be one of the cruellest emotions we can feel. It's endless, tortuous and can stop you from living your life to the fullest. I've definitely had my fill of anxiety and still struggle with it to this day, but along the rather bumpy path I've learnt a few tricks to the trade that might help you guys out.
